1. Look at the label. 2. Look at the surface. The plastic skin of regular wires is soft and smooth, and the color is uniform. 3. Try bending. A wire head can be bent repeatedly by hand. The insulation layer of fake and shoddy wires looks very thick. In fact, most of them are made of recycled plastic. 4. Tear off the insulation. High quality insulating materials have certain mechanical strength and flexibility, which can not be torn easily. A piece of inferior wire can be torn off or pinched off by hand;

5. Look at the burning. According to regulations, the insulation layer of wires has certain flame retardancy. Peel off a section of insulating layer and ignite it with a lighter. The inferior wire can continue to spontaneous combustion after leaving the open fire.

6. Check the thickness. Cut off a section of insulating layer to see whether there are visible pores on the section of insulating layer and whether its wire core is located in the middle of insulating layer. What is not in the center is the core deviation caused by low process. If there are pores, it indicates that the insulating material used is unqualified. Serious eccentricity is most likely to cause leakage on the thinner side, and air holes also affect the withstand voltage strength.

7. Look at the copper wire. The color of high-quality copper wire is bright and red, while the inferior copper core wire is purple and black, black, yellow or white, with high hardness.
